This week I didn't really have any events  besides helping at the help desk. Which was okay because it helped me ground myself with my classes and balance work and ambassador work. Honestly find that balances wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I just had to make sure everything was written down and clear for myself where I needed to be and when. 

While working at the help desk I learned how to answer and transfer phone calls. I could have sworn I dropped a couple calls but I'm hoping I didn't. Stephanie came and sat with me Thursday morning and helped explain how the phone worked. Her help was awesome and helped calm any and all my anxieties about my time at the help desk.
